Please check the following to validate if refund was processed or not,
If Status is "PENDING" and Sent to Gateway is "No" , Please check with Juspay Team on the Refund request
If Status is "PENDING" and Sent To Gateway is "YES" , Then Refund was initiated and PG has acknowledged the refund request
If Status is "SUCCESS" , then refund was processed successfully by the PG / Aggregator, then please check with PG and obtain ARN Number
If Status is "FAILURE" , please initiate refund again.
For Customers :
Please obtain the ARN Number from the merchant to confirm if the amount was refunded back or not. And proceed to check with your bank using ARN Number for reference
